Yogurt custard
to make custard :
1,00kg yogurt,2 eggs,vanilla esencies,mint leaves,gelatin 20 grams,butter 100 grams
method:
-soak the gelatin in one cup of warm water
-put the eggs and butter on a bain marie,and stir continuosly for 5 minutes
-mix gelatin,yogurt,eggs and butter with chopped mint and vanilla esencies to obtain a custard.
-put the custard into a tray into fridge.
After custard get clot,cut it into triangulare pieces and set it on plate.Top it with berries jam.

Carrots Cake
Carrots Cake
carrots 1,000kg;margerine o,500 kg;vanilla;flour 0,200 kg;sugar;0,100 kg;25ml Rum,baking powder,lemon
wash,peal and shred the carrots,
melt the margerine
extract the juice of a half lemon
Make a dough from all the ingredients,cover and put into fridge for a half an hour
Prepare a form to bake the cake and heat the oven.Put the cake at oven at 200 celsius,for a half an hour.
